At Worldwide Reptile Dealers, we enjoy many different types of
lizards and enjoy distributing these animals from around the
world. Lizards are really neat animals because of their
individual characteristics, and their amazing colors and
patterns. Lizards make wonderful pets because of the many
different types you can choose from, and their varying sizes. We
strive to distribute the best lizards that we can find. We breed
some species of lizard, and distribute only from the best
breeders.
Most lizards are very easy to care for and are great animals
for beginners. The care required for most lizards is easy work
that can be accomplished by a child. The temperatures required
to keep these animals vary from 70 degrees to 90 degrees, with a
basking spot. Most lizards also have special lighting
requirements that can be provided at many hardware stores, or
even your local pet shop.

Geckos, are great beginner to expert Lizards, these Lizards vary
greatly in size and colors. They usually have minimum cage
requirements for lizards, and usually will become very tame.
There are a few exceptions but usually geckos are the best
lizards to have as pets.

Chameleons, are a good beginner to expert lizard. Chameleons
are a fascinating lizard with absolutely amazing colors and
patterns with the ability to change them depending on their
mood. These lizards have a unique ability to look in two
directions at a time and have amazing sticky tongues they use to
hunt their food.

Crocodilians, Monitors, and Tegus, can be handled by
beginners but are usually for intermediate to expert lizard
lovers. These are the largest of all the different types of
lizard. Depending on the type they can grow over 9ft in length.
